So you can understand a little more about us, Richard, our Managing Director, will share how we began, our vision, introduce our team, cover the brands within our group, and highlight our credentials. Hopefully, you can then establish whether we will be the right fit for you and help you see how you can contribute to our everexpanding team.

How The Flow Group Began

Flow was established in 2008 by myself, my wife Helen and my good friend, Mick. We created Flow with one simple goal:
To help businesses save money on their mailing and fulfilment, reduce their stress during big projects and ultimately increase their revenue and profits.

It was far from an easy start, and thanks to the 2008 recession, we thought we might not last much more than three months! However, we didn’t give up. We diversified. We worked extremely hard. We were fortunate to find fantastic people to build our team, and now we are beginning to see the reward from our team’s hard work.

We are privileged to work with the likes of Cadbury’s, Aston Martin and Disney, and we’ve been in the fortunate position for growth with a merger, an acquisition and the creation of a new brand.

Our Vision

At The Flow Group, our overarching purpose is to educate, advise and provide solutions for our customers to build their business as simply as possible.

Our brand promise is that everything we do is to make life simpler, faster and cheaper for our customers. We know that for our customers to receive this de-hassling and simplifying promise, we need to create a work environment to match. That’s why we are continually refining our systems and processes to make life easier and simpler for our team.

In short, we develop systems that remove stress from both our clients and our team. A win-win!

Our 10-year vision sees us provide a ‘business in a box’ growth foundation for every company. This scalable concept encapsulates all our current services with the flexibility to add more, contained in one easy to use platform.

Our Team

Our diverse and dedicated team of 25+ experts work toward a common goal, culminated in our core values, purpose and brand promise. Some started as apprentices or agency workers, and promotion after promotion has led them to Heads of Departments. We love to promote from within and offer as many opportunities to our team as possible.


Our Brands

We currently have four brands in The Flow Group. I will give you an intro to each one.

Flow Fulfilment

Flow is our founding business. First established in 2008, we originated as a contract packing company and have now expanded into direct mail and pick & pack. The ability to provide efficient and accurate bespoke fulfilment across a wide range of services is the standout strength.

Mr Flyer

Mr Flyer was the first merger we embarked on, completing in March 2020. With beginnings as a flyer distribution fulfilment company, at a peak employing 40 people, the model is now a marketing agency, selling on a consultative approach.

The Personal Print Portal (TPPP)

We acquired TPPP in March 2021 as we identified printing as our ‘missing piece’ in the Group. TPPP is a SAAS platform-based business that provides personalised print portals. As such, clients no longer need to purchase their print from multiple sites or wait on a print manager to fulfil their print.

Business Building Company (Co.)

The Co. brand is the first new brand we have created internally. It began as an SEO strategy to market our Hybrid Mail service, but we soon established this should be rolled out for all our services. The Co. brands are subscription-based. They include direct mail, hybrid mail, flyer distribution, pick & pack, print, graphic design and a learning centre.


The Flow Group and all our brands are full ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO27001 compliant. We are an accredited member of the DMA (Data & Marketing Association) and the IPIA (Independent Print Industries Association). Our Mr Flyer brand also boasts multiple awards, including a shortlisting for Employer of The Year.
